REBusiness Online reports that Manhattan Five Partners Acquires 2,167-Unit Multifamily Portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Community Impact reports that ground was broken for a San Marcos $25 million cannabis cultivation, production, distribution and retail facility being built by Parallel/Goodbend.

Connect Media reports that Street Lights Residential broke ground on 343 additional apartment homes in its Viridian community in Arlington.

Realty News Report shares that World Houston Plaza was sold via the Ten-X auction platform.  David L. Carter of Colliers represented the seller and David Z. Mafrige Interests was the buyer.
